My Services

I work with individuals in private sessions, with groups in pre-registered themed series and in open community classes, and with organizations wishing to offer their communities a themed series or workshop.

Individual Private Sessions

Private sessions are an opportunity for you to work towards your own specific goals for healing. Our first session will include a thorough intake assessment and conversation allowing us to get to know each other, to identify your primary goals, and to address any initial questions or concerns you may have.

I will then offer practices I believe will best serve your goals and we explore them together with lots of space for dialogue and feedback. You have choice and a voice in everything we do. Practices can be modified, paused or stopped at any time.

I've worked with long time yogis, complete beginners, and folks with varying health histories and accessibility needs.
All-abilities are welcome.

Benefits of a private session:

  • 1:1 attention and focus on evidence-based practices which target your specific goals for well-being, tailored to work for you not just during our session but in your daily life

  • Practices that evolve with you as you develop and grow towards your goals

  • Individualized session summaries and instructions for home practice

  • Psychoeducation resources specific to our collaboration and your goals

  • I can collaborate with other members of your medical team if you wish (family doctors, social workers, psychotherapists, etc.) for a multidisciplinary comprehensive approach

Areas of expertise include:

CPTSD/PTSD | DEPRESSION | ANXIETY | NUMBNESS/DISCONNECTION
EMOTIONAL SENSITIVITY | SELECTIVE MUTISM | SELF-HARM

Themed Series and Workshops

Themed Series and Workshops are pre-registered small group classes centered around a shared wellness goal or wellness topic of interest.

Series are generally taught in either a 4, 6, 8, or 12 week progressive format. Each session will include community sharing, psychoeducation, a yoga practice, and resources. Series can be adapted to serve specific organizations and their communities

Examples of series include:

  • Trauma-informed yoga therapy

  • Nourishing the nervous system

  • Somatic awareness through mindful movement

  • Yoga as a complement to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Yoga as a complement to Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Yoga for sound sleep

Open Group Classes

I teach drop-in community classes which follow the principles of trauma-informed therapeutic teaching (accessibility, choice & a voice, focus on mindful interospection). Casual, light-hearted, and everyone is welcome.
